Having hiked on the AT. Colorado, PA, and Washington State, I am wondering if there is anywhere in the USA where one can actually hike 'wild' we seem to have more space to hike in this tiny Island than you do in that great (in all respects) land! Christ man you don't even have to know how to read a map and compass over there!
By the way 'The Great Sand Dunes National Park' is amazing but does anyone know where it is? Go on, find it! Bet you can't! BUT I have had great hiking over there, THANKS

Love it! A spicy, feisty Brit who's not afeard to "Comment." We could use more of your character in the USA - Trek Stop needs it fer sure.
Thanks, Chris, for "throwing-in."
